The UESC Marathon is a multi-generational UESC colony ship, converted from one of Mars's moons, Deimos. Three AI ran most of the Marathon's systems; Leela, Durandal, and Tycho. On it's way to the distant colony of Tau Ceti, the Marathon was attacked by unknown alien hostiles. A cybernetic warrior-weapon, Mjolnir Recon Fifty-Four, is awoken from a deep-stasis by Leela to fend off the invaders.

This is fan concept art for a theoretical remake of Bungie's first Marathon game. I was inspired by the beautiful and faithful redesigns of classic characters and environments from Doom Eternal and the FFVII Remake. I wanted to show love to the Halo-precursor series which has a cool story about AI, cybernetics, and aliens.
